This policy outlines the rules, standards, and expectations that ensure a professional, respectful, and productive workplace for all AgroIndia team members, interns, and collaborators.
This policy applies to all employees, interns, freelancers, and partners working with AgroIndia — whether in-person, remote, or hybrid mode.
Maintain honesty, professionalism, and discipline in all company-related activities.
Respect colleagues, clients, and supervisors at all times.
No form of discrimination, harassment, or verbal abuse will be tolerated.
Confidential information, designs, or client data must not be shared without authorization.
Maintain decorum in meetings, work chats, and communications.
Standard working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Flexibility may be allowed for interns and remote team members with prior approval.
All team members should mark attendance through the assigned platform or coordinator.
One day of leave per month may be availed with prior notice.
Emergency leave should be communicated immediately to the reporting head.
Frequent absenteeism may affect performance evaluation and certification.
All assigned tasks should be completed within deadlines.
Maintain originality — plagiarism or use of unlicensed designs is strictly prohibited.
Company equipment, data, and digital resources should be used responsibly.
Always maintain backup copies of your work in the shared company folder.
Maintain consistent communication with your supervisor.
Attend online meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
Submit reports or deliverables by the agreed timeline.
Ensure a distraction-free environment while working remotely.
Use respectful and professional language in all forms of communication.
Internal communication shall be done through official platforms (WhatsApp groups, emails, or project dashboards).
Avoid sending unnecessary forwards or unrelated messages in official groups.
Do not disclose client data, designs, business strategies, or internal documents.
Use strong passwords and authorized accounts for company-related work.
Report any data breach or unauthorized access immediately.
AgroIndia is committed to maintaining a harassment-free workplace.
Any form of sexual, verbal, or digital harassment will be subject to strict disciplinary action, including termination or legal action.
For office meetings or events: formal or smart casual attire.
For virtual meetings: presentable appearance and background.
Performance will be reviewed based on work quality, punctuality, creativity, and team behavior.
Interns will receive certification only upon successful completion and adherence to company policies.
Violation of company policy, misconduct, or unprofessional behavior may lead to warnings, suspension, or removal from the program.
All employees and interns must read, understand, and sign the Workplace Policy before joining.
